Information you need to know about SpaceX

Many people have changed their minds about space or space that the company is SpaceX. Reusable rockets, which were harder than previously imagined, have now become commonplace for SpaceX. SpaceX also regularly sends astronauts to the International Space Station.

Information you need to know about SpaceX
Not to mention that SpaceX's plans to transform the reality of living on Mars into reality. You can find out in this post:

  • What is SpaceX?
  • Who owns SpaceX?
  • SpaceX is a company of any country
  • SpaceX's future plans
  • The relationship between SpaceX and NASA
  • SpaceX's best achievements

What is SpaceX?

Founded in 2002, SpaceX is one of Elon Musk's best ventures. SpaceX was originally established to reshape the aerospace industry and make space flight more accessible.

SpaceX is headquartered in California and currently has more than 6,000 employees. SpaceX also recently set up new launch centers at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in South Texas and at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, where reusable rockets land.

The company also has a launch site at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.

Who owns SpaceX?

Elon Musk is the founder and CEO of the aerospace company SpaceX. One of its main shareholders is Elon Musk. It is a private company.

SpaceX is a company of which country?

SpaceX is an American company founded by Elon Musk in 2002.

Bangladesh's first artificial satellite Bangabandhu 1 was launched into space by the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket .

SpaceX's future plans

SpaceX's current final plan is to settle on Mars. To make this plan a success, the company has already been able to significantly reduce the cost of space travel. SpaceX attaches great importance to building reusable rockets.

According to Elon Musk, the recycling of rockets will transform humans into multi-planetary species. The technology of this reusable or reusable rocket is going to be very important in the future when an asteroid hits the earth or during the crisis of the third world war, people will move to new settlements. In the next 40 to 100 years, millions of people will live on Mars, Elon Musk hopes.

Does SpaceX work with NASA?

Yes, SpaceX and NASA have already completed many missions together. In April 2019, NASA and SpaceX signed a 79 million deal to smash asteroids with a Falcon 9 rocket as NASA's double asteroid redirection test. This test was successfully completed in 2022.

Excluding these science projects, the US National Space Agency and SpaceX have been working together for more than a decade. SpaceX has been in charge of NASA Commercial Response Services since 2006. The space flight, which began in December 2010, is still in operation.

SpaceX's profits are also part of NASA's deployment of various satellite orbits, delivery of military payloads, etc. SpaceX has already completed a total of 100 launches on behalf of NASA, of which a record 19 launches were made in 2016.

The US government itself is also an investor in SpaceX. The company did not enter the stock market for fear that it could focus more on profit than innovation if it was a public company.

SpaceX's best achievements

SpaceX's reusable rocket technology has transformed the rocket industry. Elon Musk , the founder of SpaceX, proves that space is not only a fantasy space, but also has a huge commercial potential.

SpaceX's Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy are orbital-class rockets that regularly deliver satellites and cargo into orbit. Each Falcon 9 is worth 72 million.

SpaceX's Dragon Capsule has played a unique role in the success of SpaceX. Like a rocket, these dragon capsules are also reusable. The capsule has already sent astronauts to the International Space Station several times .

The crew dragon capsule, capable of carrying six to seven astronauts, is the ultramodern version of the older Apollo capsule. In 2019, the first Crew Dragon Flight Test was successfully completed by Falcon 9. The capsule returns to Earth after completing work on the International Space Station.

However, the crew dragon capsule still landed in the water like the previous Apollo capsule. An improved version of Crew Dragon may land directly on the launchpad in the future.

The Falcon Heavy is SpaceX's largest launch system and the world's most powerful operational rocket. It was first tested in February 2016. Weighing 2550 tons, this huge rocket is basically three Falcon 9 boosters. The two side-boosters land simultaneously on the launchpad within 10 minutes of launch, where the next rocket lands in a part of the Atlantic Ocean.

SpaceX and space tourism

Considering the business aspect of SpaceX, it may look like any other space agency. But it's not just ordinary astronauts sitting in space. Elon Musk is well aware that space tourism is a commercially lucrative business. To that end, SpaceX has already completed a private flight into space.

SpaceX is working on optimizing about space and a tourism attraction, like the other ten places to visit.
